- fill it in and fax it to our fax number of 03 9012 2178;
Once the application is recieved by us, we will process it
and be able to offer the discounted hardware at the appropriate time.
NB: Hardware is not normally sent until it is confirmed that the service is expected to complete the provisioning process okay.
